Refund & Cancellation Policy
UnMedIQ is a subscription-based software service. This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for our paid plans.
1. Subscription billing
- Paid plans (Pro and Clinic) are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, as chosen at checkout.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which are added where required.
2. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered (for example, a 14-day Pro trial), you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app (Settings → Billing) or by emailing us at support@unmediq.com.
- On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you are not charged again.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period after the windows described below.
4. Refunds
- 7-day money-back: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan. Email support@unmediq.com with your registered email and reason.
- Annual plans: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and the service has not been substantially used.
- Renewals: Charges for an automatic renewal are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will review the request in good faith.
- Duplicate or failed/erroneous charges are refunded in full.
- The Free plan involves no payment and therefore no refunds.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay) and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
